GWYNN OAK, Md. (WJZ) — Officers have arrested the man they believe to be in charge of a shooting that happened on July 23 at Gwynn Oak, the Baltimore County Police Department said Friday.
Robert Graf Jr., 37, of Dunkirk, is charged with attempted first and second-degree attack, initially and second-degree attack, use of a firearm to commit a crime of violence as well as several other weapon-related charges. He had been released on his own recognizance after a bond hearing inspection.
Authorities said the incident happened just before 6 p.m. on July 23. The victim allegedly drove into the Woodlawn Police Precinct to report he was taken.

Officers said the analysis discovered that the victim drove up into the Bank of America drive-thru once the defendant cut off him. This caused a dispute involving the victim and the defendant, at which point authorities allege Graf left his car and shot at the victim before fleeing the scene before officials coming.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with a non-life-threatening harm into the upper body.
