Flying through the pandemic has gotten much more sobering as airways at the moment are banning alcohol to stopping the unfold of the virus.
On to the Delta airways web site, they introduced that they’d not have alcohol service for home flights. They write, “We’re paring down to essential onboard food and beverage options in an effort to reduce physical touch points between customers and employees. As always, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages on board to enjoy during flight.”
In the meantime, American Airways has made the same assertion relating to liquor on their flights. They are saying, “We’re limiting food and drink service in the Main Cabin based on flight length and destination. You’re welcome to bring snacks and soft drinks on board to enjoy during your flight.”
In line with CNN, different airways limiting beverage service embody American Airways, Easyjet, KLM Delta Air Strains, and Asia’s Virgin Australia. They add, “Many airlines are limiting drink options to water only. As face masks must be kept on other than when passengers are eating and drinking, it’s a way of ensuring passengers are lingering over their refreshments for no longer than necessary.”
