A rising star of the small screen is turning her talents to podcasts.
Brooke Fleming has been chosen by a national military children’s charity to appear in a new series about Armed Forces life.
She is one of 15 teenagers to be selected for the Squad podcast which has been launched by the charity Little Troopers.
Her dad Leigh serves with the Royal Engineers. He had been working away but was due to return to RAF Wittering this summer.
Brooke, from Toft, said: “I have been a military child my entire life and I was even born on an Army base.
“Since then, my dad has been deployed more times than I can remember and I have moved between various schools and lived abroad.
“I’ve really enjoyed sharing my experiences on the Little Troopers podcast and I hope other military teens find a sense of familiarity and community by listening to others who’ve shared similar experiences.”
The 15-year-old, who attends Stamford High School, is no stranger to the limelight having appeared in two Amazon Prime series, The Luna Squad and Explorer.
Earlier this year, Brooke’s younger sister Honey recorded a charity single to mark Armed Forces Day.
