American Express Stock – 20 things you don’t know about me: Colleen Kohler
We all know by now it takes a lot to distribute and administer the COVID-19 vaccine. One of the crucial elements is proper storage.
Colleen Kohler’s company is one of many in the chain providing necessary resources. Kohler is the executive vice president of Noble Gas Solutions in Albany. Currently, Noble Gas is the only manufacturer of dry ice within 150 miles of Albany. They provide the ice – a necessity for keeping the COVID-19 vaccine properly stored – to local pharmaceutical companies.
Kohler started at Noble Gas Solutions in 2009 in the sales and marketing department. She worked her way up through the company and eventually was tapped as director of operations. She left Noble for a few years to work at American Express, but returned to Noble Gas, reprising her role as director of operations in 2017. She was promoted to executive vice president in 2019 and leads the sales department.
Noble Gas is considered an essential business and has been on-call throughout the pandemic, looking to help in the fight against COVID-19.
Most recently, Kohler helped open Noble Gas Solutions’ newest store. The Glens Falls location will be operational this spring.
