American Express Stock – Amex Delta, Hilton, and Marriott Cards Offering Bonus Points and Up to $220 in Credits

It’s time to check your Amex Offers if you have an airline or hotel card with American Express.

American Express hasn’t stopped rolling out new deals to make its rewards credit cards more valuable. It recently started offering valuable hotel savings with some of its most popular Membership Rewards cards. Now, it’s moving on to its cards with Delta Air Lines, Hilton, and Marriott.

Those American Express cards are offering monthly savings on select purchases and bonus rewards. Read on to find out about all the latest deals and exactly which cards are eligible.

Up to $220 in dining credits

Most of the consumer credit cards that American Express offers with Delta, Hilton, and Marriott have launched monthly dining credits for the rest of the year. That means for the next 11 months, you can get statement credits toward purchases at U.S. restaurants, including takeout and delivery.

These dining credits are available if you’re a U.S. cardmember and you’ve had your card since Jan. 1, 2021 or earlier. Activation is required, which you can do in the Amex Offers section of your online account, and the credit amount varies by card.

Up to $220 in wireless phone service credits

Instead of dining credits, the business cards American Express has with those airlines and hotels are offering monthly credits toward wireless phone service purchased directly from U.S. service providers.

The same rules apply. You qualify if you’re a U.S. cardmember and you’ve had your card since Jan. 1, 2021 or earlier. To take advantage of the deal, you must activate it through the Amex Offers section. And again, the amount of the credit varies depending on which card you have.

Delta SkyMiles business credit cards

• Delta SkyMiles® Gold Business American Express Card: Up to $110 in wireless phone service credits ($10 per month from February through December 2021)
• Delta SkyMiles® Platinum Business American Express Card: Up to $165 in wireless phone service credits ($15 per month from February through December 2021)
• Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card: Up to $220 in wireless phone service credits ($20 per month from February through December 2021)

Hilton Honors business credit cards

• Hilton Honors American Express Business Card: Up to $110 in wireless phone service credits ($10 per month from February through December 2021)

Marriott Bonvoy business credit cards

• Marriott Bonvoy Business^TM American Express® Card: Up to $165 in wireless phone service credits ($15 per month from February through December 2021)

Bonus points

Both consumer and business American Express cards have offers to earn bonus rewards on your purchases.

Delta SkyMiles credit cards

The consumer and business versions of the Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum, and Reserve cards earn 5 miles per $1 on eligible Delta purchases through Dec. 31, 2021. You don’t need to activate anything to get that rate, as it applies automatically to eligible purchases. The standard rate on those purchases is 2 miles per $1.

American Express has also made it easier for cardholders of the Delta SkyMiles Platinum and Reserve cards to earn Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) and reach higher tiers of the Delta SkyMiles program. Here are the new Status Boost offers available with each card:

• Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card: Earn 12,500 MQMs each time you spend $25,000 on purchases through Dec. 31, 2021, up to a maximum of two times. The standard offer with this card is 10,000 MQMs for $25,000 in purchases.
• Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card: Earn 18,750 MQMs each time you spend $30,000 on purchases through Dec. 31, 2021, up to a maximum of four times. The standard offer with this card is 15,000 MQMs for $30,000 in purchases.

You can earn those bonus MQMs without activating anything. That offer is available to both current cardholders and new applicants.

Hilton Honors credit cards

Consumer and business Hilton Honors cards are offering 10,000 bonus points each time you spend $5,000 on purchases through June 30, 2021. You can get this offer up to 10 times, so if you spend $50,000, you’ll collect 100,000 bonus points. Activation is required through Amex Offers.

Marriott Bonvoy credit cards

The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant and Marriott Bonvoy Business cards are offering 7,500 bonus points each time you spend $7,500 on purchases through Dec. 31, 2021. You can get this offer up to 10 times, so $75,000 in spending will get you 75,000 points. This offer is also available to select cardmembers of the discontinued Marriott Bonvoy American Express Card. You must activate through Amex Offers.
