NEW DELHI: Excellent news for pedestrians, joggers and cyclists: the PWD has taken an ‘American route’ to beautify and redesign a serious portion of the highway stretches within the nationwide capital. Pre-construction work on the a lot awaited challenge has begun.

Most roads within the nationwide capital are badly uneven because of encroachments, haphazard parking and the resultant site visitors congestion, leaving no area for pedestrians. The PWD proposes to design the roads as per the size and Proper of Manner (RoW) of roads or width of the roads.
