Bank of America – Luxury apartment complex just west of uptown nears completion

The E.C. Griffith Co., one of Charlotte’s oldest family-owned real estate firms, and Griffith Equities are behind that 271-unit complex, located off West Morehead Street near Freedom Drive. It is across the street from Bryant Park, about a mile from Bank of America Stadium and within walking distance of restaurants such as Pinky’s Westside Grill, Rhino Market & Deli, Town Brewing Co. and Open Kitchen. The community, named for company founder E.C. “Griff” Griffith Sr., also boasts access to the Irwin Creek Greenway.
