The stock price of Li Auto Inc. ((NASDAQ: LI)) recently received a price target of $42 by Bank of America. And Bank of America Securities analyst Ming Hsun Lee assigned Li Auto shares a “Buy” rating.

Lee had cited Li Auto’s announcement about strong January 2021 deliveries. Li Auto had delivered 5,379 Li ONE units in January, which imputed a 355.8% year-over-year increase. The 5,379 delivery is down from 6,126 deliveries in December 2020.Apple-converted-space”> 

Lee pointed out in a research note that the figure represented around 42% of Bank of America’s first-quarter volume sales forecasts, according to Fintech Zoom.

In related news, Li Auto recently announced it was deploying a new R&D center in Shanghai, China. This facility will be focused on electric vehicle technology platforms like autonomous driving and fast-charging development.
