Raul Anaya Promoted to President of Business Banking for Bank of America

Bank of America has encouraged Raul Anaya to function as the new head of business banking and also a part of the executive management group which can help establish the general leadership for Bank of America. Business Banking is just one of Bank of America’s eight lines of business. In his new role as president of Business Banking, he contributes a nationally group which functions midsize companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million.
Anaya is the bank’s market president for Greater Los Angeles and most recently served as the Pacific Southwest Region Executive for Global Commercial Banking. He attracts 30 years of banking experience to the new function and will report to Tom Montag, the bank’s COO and president of the worldwide banking and markets branch.
He co-chairs that the bank’s Hispanic-Latino Executive Council, several 200 of their company’s most senior Hispanic and Latino executives at the U.S., also is a part of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s business advisory task force built to consult the secure reopening of town. Anaya is also also a board part and incoming Chair of this Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Angeleno chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Gold.
He’ll continue to be located in Los Angeles.
