MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — TCF Bank says it’s exploring why some debit cards aren’t working.
The now-former Minnesota firm together with Detroit-based Chemical Bank over the weekend. Some clients reported Monday they might no longer use their cards for contactless payments. Others saw erroneous account balances and couldn’t reach customer service.
Officials insisted, stating the organization is working to repair the card issue, and anticipates balances to be true by Tuesday morning.
TCF Bank was set in Minneapolis in 1923.
