Troy police have made an arrest in a Thursday evening taking pictures the place one man was shot a number of time. Christian Marchel London, 24 of Troy has been charged with tried homicide in reference to the taking pictures that occurred on Banks Street.
London turned himself in to officers on the Troy Police Division inside an hour of the taking pictures. Police say London and the sufferer knew one another previous to this incident.
London’s bond has been set $100,000.
