The Brazilian Nationwide Civil Aviation Company (ANAC) right now reauthorized the operation of the plane model Boeing 737-Eight MAX in Brazil, after a means of over one and a half years. ANAC withdrew the Emergency Airworthiness Directive
ANAC concluded on Wednesday “an extended unbiased work to reauthorize the operation of the plane model Boeing 737-Eight MAX in Brazil.” It added that the method took nearly two years. “The validation of the modifications of the project was made by ANAC after the approval of the certifying authority, the FAA,” mentioned the regulator in an announcement seen by Easy Flying.
Now, ANAC is withdrawing the Emergency Airworthiness Directive that restricted the operation of MAX in Brazil. At present, solely GOL Linhas Aereas has a Boeing 737 MAX fleet in Brazil. It operates seven plane of this model and has a standing order of 95 extra.
