Boris Johnson – Tell us what you think about homeschooling in our new survey
The constant announcements about when schools could reopen has been tough on those who are home schooling their children.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced last week that schools won’t be fully reopening until at least March.
Infection rates are at last beginning to come down, after a spike after Christmas and into early January.
The latest rate of positive cases per 100,000 people in the city is 331.34 – much lower than the peak of above 500 in mid-January.
But as more and more people get vaccinated, there is hope on the horizon. However, there’s still a long way to go.
We want to know what you think about when schools should reopen.
Would you send your kids back as soon as they reopen, and should schools reopen before Easter if infection rates are still high?
You can also have your say on the impact home schooling has had on you and your child. Is it affecting your ability to work or having an impact on your mental health?
And how happy are you with the support you are getting from your child’s school for home learning?
Have your say in our survey below.
