The worldwide fintech and authorized knowledge consultancy, D2 Authorized Expertise (D2LT), is happy to announce that Eric Mueller has joined the crew as Strategic Netting Lead.
With over 20 years’ expertise at a lot of America’s top-tier banks and funding companies, Mueller brings important trade experience to the position. At JP Morgan Chase, Mueller led a number of regulatory change programmes, together with firmwide accountability for knowledge retention and destruction, General Knowledge Safety Regulation (GDPR) and main the AML/KYC consent order remediation programme for Wealth Administration enterprise. Eric was additionally the Chief Knowledge Officer (CDO) for reference knowledge.
Previous to his position at JP Morgan Chase, Mueller was the Chief Working Officer (COO) for Fairness Derivatives at Bank of America, Head of Company Planning for Merrill Lynch and a Principal within the monetary companies consulting observe at Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mueller’s appointment follows D2LT’s earlier announcement of Jeffrey Golden as a Senior Advisor to drive D2LT’s strategic netting, good authorized opinion and doc digitisation initiatives. Mueller will work intently with Golden on the initiatives. Golden provides: “D2LT’s industry leadership has shone through once again with the appointment of such a highly regarded expert. Mueller brings successful delivery expertise that has already proved invaluable for D2LT’s Counterparty Identification Utility as part of our strategic netting initiative.”
