A former worker on the Iowa Metropolis Space Improvement Group was sentenced Friday by the U.S. District Courtroom in Davenport to serve 27 months in jail on wire fraud costs.
Sheri Lynn Jelinek, 48, of North Liberty was accused of creating greater than $460,000 in private or improper purchases on ICAD bank cards for a number of years, based on a U.S. Lawyer’s Workplace launch. She pleaded responsible to seven counts of wire fraud.
