KYLE – Authorities recovered a trove of proof associated to mail theft and fraudulent use of bank cards because of the sharp sight of a Kyle police officer who found a stolen motorbike earlier this month.
Bryan Drake. 44, whose on-line information listing quite a lot of aliases, was taken into custody on Sept. 12. Based on Kyle Police Chief Jeff Barnett, the officer ran the motorbike’s license plate and discovered it had been reported stolen in Dallas. After his arrest, Blake was discovered to be needed on a minimum of one Dallas County warrant.
Proof recovered throughout a list of the motorbike included a key to a room on the High quality Inn. A search warrant of the room turned up extra proof.
Drake was charged with unauthorized use of a motorcar and mail theft along with a number of counts of credit score and/or debit card abuse and fraudulent use or possession of figuring out data. He remained in Hays County Jail on Sept. 18 in lieu of bonds totaling $72,000.
