and Goldman Sachs
have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow
was most recently trading 22 points, or 0.1%, lower. Caterpillar‘s shares have declined $4.00, or 1.7%, while those of Goldman Sachs have dropped $5.36, or 1.6%, combining for an approximately 62-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Dow Inc.
A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the Dow results in a 6.58-point swing.
