Yum! Brands: Limitless Inspiration at the Women’s Foodservice Forum Leadership Conference

As a company, Yum! is committed to championing and elevating women in leadership, which is why we are honored to be a longstanding member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF). In addition, we are particularly proud to see our Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer Tracy Skeans serving as Chair of WFF’s Board of Directors after years of dedicated service to the organization and the industry.

WFF’s annual Leadership Conference took place recently, and the theme was “Limitless Inspiration,” which is fitting because we are constantly inspired by Tracy and the incredible women of Yum! Brands, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill who are paving the way for a more equitable future.

During the conference, Tracy Skeans also spoke with Nation’s Restaurant News about how people inspire her, Yum!’s talent development efforts and equity and inclusion in the restaurant industry.
