JLL has accomplished a brand new sublease transaction for Exiger Holdings Inc. at 1675 Broadway.
The chief in tech-enabled monetary crime, danger and compliance options inked a 30,900 s/f sublease on the 800,000 s/f workplace constructing owned by Rudin Administration Co.
Exiger was represented by JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, vice chairman, and Simon Landmann and Nicholas Gentilesco, government vice presidents. The sublandlord was represented by Paul Myers and John Maher, vice chairman; Gregg Rothkin and Michael Wellen, government vice presidents; Alexander Bennisato, senior vp; and Cara Chayet, vp, with CBRE Group Inc.
