Pearl Lane (Williams) Diggs, age 73, handed away on the Sutter Solano Medical Heart, Vallejo CA on Sunday, June 7, 2020 after a quick sickness.Pearl was a local of Vallejo, receiving her training via the Vallejo Unified College system.
