Naples has always been an exceptional place to spend your winter vacation. JMD Development was formed to build a residential community that could be marketed both for its attention to Naples’ natural assets as well as the luxury lifestyle that is equally at the heart of the Naples’ standard of living. The way the Pool is aligned with the Lake and Preserve appears to create a long, stepped water view that’s looks like it goes on forever. Highlighted at night and accompanied by twin triple-tier Lake fountains, evenings in Antilles will become special events.
The Club’s Gathering Room offers several areas for socializing. Its Fireplace Lounge area is complete with big screen TV and comfortable upholstered seating to encourage lingering conversations. Multiple round tables with plush side chairs are perfect for cards, dining and general socializing. Sonny’s Cafe and its snack bar seating are positioned to become Antilles’ hub for morning coffee to evening brews. The adjacent Catering Kitchen will always be ready for any special event.
