Paltalk Inc., whose products include video chat services Paltalk and Canfrog, said Friday its common stock had been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company’s shares are currently listed on the OTCQB Marketplace.
On Friday, the company filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to offer shares and said it expected its common stock would begin trading on the Nasdaq immediately after the offer was completed. Paltalk didn’t give an anticipated size for its offering, nor did it give an expected price range.
The company’s stock finished Friday’s trading with a 0.78% gain, closing at $2.60 a share.
