Playstation 5 – PS5 stock update at Shopto, Argos, Ace, Very, Game, Currys, Smyths and more
More coveted PS5 stock is expected to drop in the next few weeks.
After months of searching and waiting for the PS5 to be restocked, many gamers have still not been able to get their hands on the console.
Sony launched two versions of the PlayStation 5 in the UK and Europe on November 19, following the consoles’ release in the US a week earlier.

According to @Ps5Instant on Twitter more stock will be coming mid February.
The account tweeted: “The next major restock of all retailers is going to be around the 18th of February. However, this date may change with COVID delays. Of course the few stores that haven’t dropped so far can drop before that.”
They added: “I know BT and EE is planning a drop soon, worth checking 8am before work if you’re up.”

So here are the latest stock updates.
Last week the website did have some consoles in stock but they sold out quickly.
At the moment, the website says: “Sorry, PlayStation5 is currently unavailable. We’re working hard to make this available as soon as possible.”
Shopto dropped stock yesterday morning but Twitter users reported the website crashing and now the website is saying the console is sold out and read: “**We have no ETA for new stock**”
Ace by Studio have now sold out of their allocation, with a message on the website saying: “Too late! They’re all gone.” They prompt people to sign up for stock updates by entering their email address.
Currys PC World
A note on Currys website says the retailer is “working tirelessly to secure more stock” and customers should check back for updates.
Online retailer Very had some consoles in stock earlier this week but now a statement on the website, reads: “Unfortunately we have sold out of our PS5 consoles for now. We have more stock coming so keep checking back for our next drop.”
Game no longer has PS5 stock available, with no update on when new stock will arrive.
Though, as one of the leading gaming retailers on the market, we would expect Game to be among the first to have new stock.
Amazon ‘s website now says the retailer does not know “when or if” the PS5 will be back in stock.
Smyths has a message on the website which reads: “All PlayStation 5 stock is now allocated. Our next available date is February 2021.”
A statement on the John Lewis website said: “Thank you to everyone who has visited us and placed an order for a PS5. We are now out of stock.
“Unfortunately, PlayStation 5 consoles will not be available for purchase at our John Lewis & Partners shops or from our contact centres.”
A note on AO’s website says: “Sorry, Playstation 5 is currently unavailable.”
Both editions of the PS5 are listed as out of stock on the Maplin website but you can sign up to be emailed when they are available.
