Paris, October 9, 2019 – This summer, monart successful presented at Art Basel 2019 as an official sponsor of Clément Cogitore at the Kunthaus Baselland and devoted a significant portion of their time to raising private funds to orchestrate its first sale of artwork shares and to test its MVP, a unique international platform aimed at art lovers, collectors, and investors. Following this work, monart will be hosting key events this autumn on the occasion of the FIAC including:

  • The launch of its unique platform on October 17 at Beaux-Arts Magazine headquarters in Paris
  • Sponsoring the Camera Camera Grand Prix for the best video at the first art video show (3rd edition), the Camera Camera show from November 30 to December 1 in Nice
  • Participation in the Art Market Day on November 18 at the Grand Palais in Paris
  • The first charity auction run on the blockchain in Beijing on November 28, in addition to a world tour of roadshows.
OCTOBER 17: OFFICIAL LAUNCH THE FIRST ART FINANCIAL PLATFORM
After two years of research and development, an international team of more than 20 people have created a unique, innovative, and bold system that facilitates the promotion of emerging and established artists. The monart platform will be presented exclusively to the Press and the art world on 17 October at the headquarters of Beaux Arts Magazine (9 boulevard de la Madeleine, Paris) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in parallel with the FIAC.
This monart platform, designed with talented and often influential art galleries, will allow everyone to access the art market.

In this way, individuals will be able to support contemporary creation at their own level and place themselves on the great international chessboard of art, for example:

  • Acquire shares of artworks or Art Premium selections
  • Federate amateurs around common interests
  • Encourage thematic collections designed by the best curators of exhibitions presented on monart.art
  • Organize 3D workshop tours around the world with artists

NOVEMBER 18: THE GRAND PALAIS ART DAY MARKET

 

On Monday 18 November, 300 professional art market decision-makers, including galleries, auction houses, marketplaces, insurers, carriers, journalists, and more will be meeting at the Grand Palais. monart will be participating in the Start-Up Village in addition to a round table discussion on the digital art market.

NOVEMBER 30-DECEMBER 1: MONART, SPONSOR OF THE GRAND PRIX AT THE GALLERY SHOW CAMERA CAMERA IN NICE
The first contemporary art and video art show Camera Camera (3rd edition, Hôtel Windsor in Nice), a place renowned both for its collection of 32 rooms works and its many installations in the garden, restaurant, and lobby, will allow monart to present its unique and innvative platform, collection of video artworks sold per unit, video platform, and a few notable video artists. In addition, monart, a sponsor of the Grand Prix, will donate €10,000 to the winner of the 1st Camera Camera Prize for the best video. Eva Hober (Chief Art Officer of monart) will be a member of the jury chaired this year by Jennifer Flay (FIAC).
