BOONVILLE — A suspected home scenario on North Oak Ridge Church Highway led to tragedy on Sunday afternoon with a number of people useless. Yadkin County Sheriff Ricky Oliver stated officers responded to a 911 grasp up name on Sunday simply after 2 p.m.
“Upon their arrival no one came to the door and an officer noticed an individual lying on the floor inside the residence. Once inside they discovered two individuals on the floor. One was deceased, the other individual had been seriously injured. EMS transported that individual,” stated Oliver.
Oliver stated deputies instantly started an investigation and have been looking out for a car of curiosity. The car was situated a short while later only a few miles away on North Oak Church Highway.
Two individuals have been contained in the car when deputies situated it, each have been deceased, Oliver stated.
All 4 people have been associated, Oliver stated.
“It appears to be domestic in nature, therefore we do not feel there is any danger to the community,” Oliver stated.
“It’s a quiet, peaceful community,” he added.
Names of the deceased should not but being launched till all relations have been notified.
Deputies have been nonetheless on the scene investigating late on Sunday.
“We do have a lot of work to do because we do have multiple crime scenes,” Oliver stated.
