SalesForce – Windsurfer Robby Naish’s Hawaiian estate hits market for $18M
Tech billionaires looking for a Hawaiian escape – rejoice!
A 73-acre oceanfront property on Maui’s north shore has come on the market for the first time ever.
Windsurfing legend Robby Naish, 57, who has won 23 world championships, is selling his estate on Kealii Point for a whopping $18 million.
The 6,000-square-foot mansion, built in 2005, boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a gym. Pocketing walls open up to reveal stunning ocean views. Just outside is a large swimming pool and, at the edge of the vast lawns, private walkways to the shoreline.
Also on the grounds: a 2,000-square-foot workshop/barn perfect for housing personal watercraft, windsurfing gear, paddleboards and more.
And, according to a rep for the sale: “The power is grid-tied and there is a state-of-the-art PV solar system to keep energy costs low along with a private well.”
There is also a large swimming pool and, at the edge of the vast lawns, private walkways to the shoreline.
Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, Michael Dell of Dell Technologies, and ex-Yahoo head Carol Bartz all own compounds in Hawaii. And Oracle’s Larry Ellison owns the nearby island of Lanai — all of it.
