In normal times, building sites would be bustling with action this week. Hard hats and hi-vis jackets would be out in force, as interior designers and builders prepared show houses and sites for February launches. These aren’t normal times, and because of Covid restrictions the majority of sites are closed, builders have stayed home and buyers will have to wait for the unveiling of this year’s show houses.
