Verizon – Pokemon GO: Promo Codes for Free Stuff (January 2021)
Pokemon GO is once more offering limited-time promo codes for those who want free stuff this month, and here’s what is currently available.
Pokemon GO has offered many free items and cosmetics to players in a variety of ways throughout the game’s lifetime. Some of these are only available via special promo codes that can only be used for a limited amount of time before they expire.
With the new year here, there is plenty more on the horizon for Pokemon GO. As time passes through 2021, more promo codes will likely made available with many different prizes awaiting players in that future.
So far, there is only one active promo code available in Pokemon GO as of January 2021. This promo code allows players to get special sponsored cosmetic items for their trainer from Verizon.
The Verizon Promo Code offers only cosmetic items and no bag items that help the catching of Pokemon or other gameplay-beneficial items. This code will be valid through all of 2021, meaning that there is no rush to enter the code, although it is best to enter it so players don’t forget about it before it’s too late.
Entering the code will give players a Verizon Jacket as well as a black Verizon face mask. These items can be equipped by players of any gender and can be found under the new sponsored tab in the trainer customization menu. Even if players have no need or want for these items, they will add more to players’ wardrobes and give them more options in the future if they feel the need to change their outfits in-game.
In order to enter a promo code for Pokemon GO, players will need to go to the shop menu in-game. From there, players will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu where they will find the promo code window where they can either type in a promo code or paste a promo code in.
As the year goes on, there will definitely be more promo codes that players can use in order to get both cosmetics and helpful items. Most of these codes won’t be available throughout the entire year like the Verizon code, so once more codes are revealed, players should input them as quickly as possible in order the reap the benefits.
The limited availability of these codes also makes it recommended for players to share any promo codes they come across with friends. That way more people will get the opportunity to enjoy the special prizes offered by these codes.
