BREAKING NEWS: MD State Lobbyist Supreme GRAND Bishop Dr. Keenan Cofield Files First Lawsuit in Maryland and United States against Walgreens for Covid-19 Vaccine Policy Process and Distribution Discrimination & Boycott

On March 1, 2021, Dr. Keenan Cofield, a Black registered well known MD State Lobbyist filed a civil lawsuit in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Annapolis, MD just steps away from the State Capital seeking damages against Walgreens of an in store permanent injury and verified claims of Covid-19 vaccine online policy process and distribution discrimination based upon race nationwide against Blacks, Africans-Americans or other Minorities as targeted systematic victims of the vaccine distribution based upon the color of our skin. Walgreens was SERVED the lawsuit today, March 6, 2021.

Dr. Alford says, “Dr. Cofield has video footage and pictures of in store surveillance of several Walgreens stores in Maryland that show all whites hour after hours receiving the Covid-19 vaccine and only blacks administering the vaccine, to whites”. Once again Whites are getting special preference and treatment of a life and death treatment, leaving Blacks off the list, while whites get down first, without Blacks not being allowed to even see the bus.

The lawsuit seeks millions in damages immediate changes in the distribution policy, modifying the algorithms within Walgreens store distribution list distributed daily on each store to ensure Blacks are included on each list released for the Covid-19 vaccine. This is a direct violation of Blacks constitutional rights.

An investigation further revealed Walgreens owner Walgreens Boot Alliance, Inc. is not properly listed as a foreign entity to do business in the State of Maryland. It is illegal to be a legal entity doing business in Maryland without that correct legal business designation as the owner must be clearly defined. Walgreens could be fined by the State and additional complaints will be filed.

BLACKS NATIONWIDE WORKING ON BOYCOTT OF ALL WALGREENS STORES

Plaintiff(s) currently working with several groups pushing to force Walgreens to make that vaccine available to all not just whites only. The Plaintiff(s) had been in contact with Walgreens on reaching a settlement. No word on the status of that now a lawsuit has been filed. Plaintiff(s) are open to a quick and speedy resolution if that can be worked out between the parties.
