Lawsuit: Niles man says firms bought photographs of his army service with out his permission

Nicholas Giovannelli, second from proper, was acknowledged by the Niles Village Board in 2015 for his army service. Giovannelli in January 2021 filed a lawsuit towards a number of firms, alleging that they bought photographs of him on fight excursions with out his permission.
