According to Coinmarketcap.com, the overall crypto market cap rose 0.07% to $812.15 billion and its trading volume increased 37.36% to $22.31 billion as of 9 AM.
Polygon (MATIC) was the most popular cryptocurrency on the list, followed by PancakeSwap (CAKE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB). Bitcoin was ranked 5th.

The dominance of BTC is currently 40.02 per cent, an increase of 0.08% over the day.
Binance (BNB) has been trading in the red in the last 24 hours. It has been trading between $241.70 and $245.62, losing 0.56% to trade at $244.19.
ETH dropped 0.09 per cent to $1,220.94 in the last 24 hours, according to Ethereum.
In the last 24 hours, Ethereum was trading in the red zone. Between $1,203.72 and $1,222.61, it ranged from a low of $1,203.72 to a high of $1,222.61. On December 26 morning, it briefly entered the green zone and remained in red after that. Its volume levels were down 62.57%.
Other cryptocurrencies aside from Bitcoin, such as Litecoin and Ripple, are also gaining traction as an alternative payment method.

Cardano (ADA) rose by 0.63% to $0.2612 during Monday’s trading. 54.91% more Cardano (ADA) tokens were traded than the previous day, for a daily volume of $140,931,448.

Dogecoin (DOGE) experienced a drop of 1.52 per cent at $0.07612. Its 24-hour trading volume increased by 169.61 per cent to $446,616,814.
