1. Berlin, Germany
The capital of Germany is one of the coolest cities in the world with one of the most laid-back vibes available in a capital city around the entire world. There is so much to explore with a rich history for the city but also some of the best food places.
Take a bike tour to the Brandenburg Gate, explore the Berlin wall reminisce and eat Currywurst. Berlin is incredibly welcoming and you will not want to leave.
2. Riga, Latvia
The capital city has a superb medieval feel to it that takes you way back in time. Beautiful parks in the city will leave you breathless and the price of food and drink will not damage your bank balance.
It is a fantastic little city with a troubled recent history but much of the city is still the same from its early settlement.
3. Krakow, Poland
A city that is amazing all year round. Visit in the winter and you can snuggle into a local cafe and stay warm with the local vodka or in the summer experience one of the most beautiful squares in Europe sat outside one of the lovely restaurants on offer.
With plenty on offer in the area from climbing mountains to visiting the horrific concentration camp of Auschwitz, there is much to experience around Krakow.
4. Manchester, England
A vibrant English city with so many different cultures coming together. With different areas around the city for whatever you want you will not feel lost for things to do. There is the Northern Quarter which attracts some of the best artists and bars around the country. With a lovely independent vibe in the area it is perfect for anyone.
Manchester has so much culture with sport, music and friendliness dominating the city of Manchester it has a home for anyone and everyone.
5. Edinburgh, Scotland
The capital city of Scotland is one of the cleanest and most beautiful cities on the continent. With historic buildings and a vibrant comedy festival every summer, the Scots know how to enjoy themselves.
You can spend time just wandering the main streets or enjoying the city via a sightseeing bus. However, do not forget to find the back streets of Edinburgh to get the real feel with so many pubs offering some of the best whiskey available in the area.
6. Bratislava, Slovakia
A quaint medieval city with a Soviet feel to it. The capital is vibrant and filled with entertainment. There are many tours available but one of the best is the Post Communist Tour which takes you back many a year in some fantastic vehicles, flying around the city to all the sights available.
7. Copenhagen, Denmark
One of the most perfect cities in Europe. The city is incredibly friendly, relaxed and more than welcoming. There is plenty to see and experience on any budget with fabulous pizza joints but also some ultra fine dining experiences.
Copenhagen has a port area called Nyhavn, which you will have seen as Windows or Google screensavers, which is incredibly Instagramable and a superb hangout zone in the sunshine with friends.
8. Dublin, Ireland
Pints of Guinness make you strong! The home of the black stuff but also the home of culture and history. The Irish capital has plenty of perfect places to visit if you want a party or visit casinos; not as good as Lucky Dice online casino.
With plenty to see like the Molly Malone statue or the Kilmainham Gaol, you will not be bored in Dublin nor will you come home empty-handed with all the fantastic Irish souvenirs.
9. Lisbon, Portugal
Portugal is one of the most beautiful countries in Europe and the capital is not exempt from this. With fine red wines produced nearby and fresh fish food there whenever you want it, then you will not be disappointed with having a good time in Lisbon.
When you are there you must ride one of the beautiful trams around the city and live like a local jumping on and off them with ease.
10. Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona is pumping and never knows when to stop. La Rambla is busy with bars, restaurants and beautiful shops brimming with fashionistas. Finding amazing food like Spanish Omelette or fresh fish is easy with all the side streets bustling with top-notch food eateries.
Be sure to take in the Nou Camp, home of Barcelona FC, as well as Gaudi’s beautiful Parc Guell.
